Slow Cooker Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding

Well all I can say about this recipe is heaven.  EASY heaven.  This recipe is so easy to make yet so delicious.

It takes less than 15 minutes to make and then 3/ 1/2 to 4 hours cooking time.

Ingredients

Cake

100g Unsalted melted butter

1/2 cup milk

1 egg

1 cup self raising flour

2 tablespoons cocoa

1/2 cup caster sugar

Sauce

2 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 cups boiling water

To make the cake

Mix cocoa, flour and sugar

In another bowl mix melted butter, eggs and milk

Mix in dry ingredients small amount at a time

Pour in to slow cooker

To make the sauce

Combine cocoa and sugar

Pour over the cake mixture

Pour over boiling water

Cook on high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.  This is after 2 hours.

Serve
